Did you know that the first bound books were created by Monks in the 16th Century? Bookbinding is a very old art that should be continued and not forgotten. If you are interested in creating your very own special book, then Bookbinding is the workshop for you.
First you will need to decide what kind of book you would like to create, so you can choose the correct paper, then design a cover with book board, cut it the size you would like, cut your signatures then bind the book with waxed thread. Terrie will guide you though the bookbinding process, one step at a time.
